It is not okay for patient to come smntriog into resuscitation bay but it is equally not okay for doctors and nurses to be rude to patients.Please greet and smile at your patients to avoid complaint cases. Patients and relatives abuse front line healthcare providers because they are frustruated so stop adding oil to fire. Make them happy, appologise for the long waiting time and identify those patients who are likely to complaint and see them first. This way, there will be less complaint cases and hosp administrators wont be overworked with answering complaint cases and can actually spend time in quality improvement projects to help improve the health of our patients
